Enverson provides AI-powered language learning tools, including personalized lesson plans, speaking practice, and real-time feedback based on CEFR, IELTS, and TOEFL frameworks. The Service is for educational purposes only and is not affiliated with or endorsed by any official exam body.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activities under your account.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal or harmful purpose

  • Interfere with the operation, security, or integrity of the Service

  • Submit content that is false, abusive, or violates any law

5. Intellectual Property

All content, lessons, AI models, branding, and materials within the Enverson app are the property of Enverson Inc. or its licensors. You may not reproduce, copy, or distribute any part of the Service without written permission.

6. AI-Generated Feedback

Enverson provides automated feedback on grammar, pronunciation, fluency, and more using AI models. These evaluations are educational and do not constitute official assessments or certifications unless explicitly stated.

7. Subscriptions and Billing

Subscription title: Enverson Premium

Length: Weekly, Monthly or Yearly

Price: Displayed within the app and may vary by region

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the billing period. You can manage your subscription via your App Store account.

8. Modifications

We may update the Service or these Terms at any time. Continued use of Enverson after changes implies acceptance of the new Terms.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion, especially if you violate these Terms.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific results, improvements, or exam outcomes.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Enverson Inc. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, unless otherwise required by applicable local laws.
