Role Overview
As Lead Product Designer, you will own the end-to-end design vision of Enverson AI. You will shape how learners interact with AI, conversations, progress tracking, and onboarding.
Responsibilities
Define and maintain the overall product design direction
Design intuitive, user-centered interfaces and flows
Lead UX strategy from concept to launch
Collaborate closely with product, research, and engineering teams
Ensure consistency across web and mobile experiences
Requirements
Strong product design portfolio (SaaS, AI, or EdTech preferred)
Deep understanding of UX principles and interaction design
Experience leading design decisions across a product
Proficiency with modern design tools
Ability to balance usability, aesthetics, and business goals
