Role Overview
We are looking for a User Researcher who will deeply understand learner behavior, motivations, and pain points. You will turn qualitative and quantitative insights into clear product decisions that improve learning outcomes.
Responsibilities
Plan and conduct user interviews, usability tests, and surveys
Analyze user behavior and learning patterns
Translate research insights into actionable product recommendations
Collaborate with designers, developers, and product leadership
Validate new features before and after release
Requirements
Experience in user research (product, UX, or education-related preferred)
Strong qualitative and analytical skills
Ability to communicate insights clearly to non-research teams
Experience with research tools and methodologies
Interest in language learning or EdTech is a strong plus
