Responsibilities
Lead and mentor the development team
Define technical architecture and development standards
Oversee backend, frontend, and AI integrations
Ensure performance, scalability, and security
Work closely with product and design leadership
Requirements
Strong background in software development and system architecture
Experience leading engineering teams
Knowledge of modern web technologies and APIs
Experience with AI or ML-based products is a strong plus
